• Cloud services, licenses, and ERP activations are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.
• Refunds are only applicable if:
  • An incorrect license or product was delivered.
  • There are technical issues on our end preventing activation.
  • A duplicate payment has been made.

Implementation & Training

• Service fees are non-refundable once services have started.
• If services haven’t started, cancellations may be requested within 3 business days of payment.

Refund Timelines

• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
