- Cloud services, licenses, and ERP activations are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.
- Refunds are only applicable if:
- An incorrect license or product was delivered.
- There are technical issues on our end preventing activation.
- A duplicate payment has been made.
Implementation & Training
- Service fees are non-refundable once services have started.
- If services haven’t started, cancellations may be requested within 3 business days of payment.
Refund Timelines
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
